Tired, scared, and covered in red dust—so much that we couldn't even see her true colors.   He brought her home, and after four baths, she revealed her beautiful black-and-white coat, complete with a heart-shaped patch on her side. We named her Nina❤ . We live in a Villa near the old-age home and the church. The villa allows two dogs, and we already have two. But Nina’s distress when we leave the house became a challenge. Her barking led neighbors to think she was being hur❤. We called shelters (one had 65 dogs awaiting adoption) and posted on local Facebook pages but no one came forward. She had been spayed, but there were no leads....
